What should I do if I'm not receiving the test email?

When you send a test email from the sequences dashboard, this mail is sent from our servers to you.

Sometimes it ends up in your spam folder due to the format of the email.

Because the test is not connected to a lead record, the first name will be Bruce and the company name will be Wayne Enterprises.

If you do not see brackets such as { this means the tokens are formatted correctly.

If you have checked your spam folder and the email is not there, click Settings-->My Profile

Ensure that the email connected to your LeadFuze account is the account you're checking to see if the test email went for.
